OUR STORY

Hello and Welcome! The first thing you need to know is that this is not a typical lumberyard. We are selling a large collection of wood that was amassed over several decades. We have opened our doors so that we can share this remarkable collection with the public. For the hobbyist woodworker, yes, you can purchase small quantities or even a single board. We also sell large quantities to shops and even other lumber yards. Most of our wood is kiln dried as it was purchased from reputable suppliers. Some of the wood is still in log form or was milled at our facility.  These logs are air dried and have always been stored inside the warehouse.  We have not added to our inventory since 2011, which means that our wood is completely dry.  All of the wood that is still in log form was purchased in the 90's and is also very dry.  Since this is a collection and not a lumberyard, when we sell out of a particular item we will not be restocking that item.  Please make an appointment so we can ensure that we are available when you arrive.

SERVICES

MILLING - We do offer limited milling services.  We are a small operation, therefore we cannot take on large or complex milling jobs.  We will do our best to accommodate your needs, however, we are not always available and pricing will be based per job.  If we are not available, we can help by recommending other shops.    

SANDING - We have a 52" belt sander that is available to rent at $50 per 1/2 hour.  It is a SANDER, not a giant planer.  Your piece must be within 1/8" of flat with very little or no residual glue and the wood must be dry.  

We will not accept a piece if it is not ready.
